Tom @ Timescapes just put up this stunning time lapse video. I really need a Canon 5D2 ^_^. Maybe I should’ve bought that instead of going to Tokyo? No, on second thought, that is a completely ridiculous idea.

KAWS + Complex Magazine Cover

In the past six months, we have seen Damien Hirst create covers for both Tar Magazine and Pop Magazine, Jeff Koons half-ass a spread for Muse Magazine, and Takashi Murakami caricature himself  for the cover of Clark Magazine. Now its taking a shot at the cover for Complex Magazine’s October issue. Surely this is the first sign of the art world apocalypse. Cut it out guys.

Touchpuppet Project #1 ‘Original Strangers’

While I was in art school studying photography, my favorite photo assignments were always the ones that forced me to go out and shoot an idea or concept that I probably would have otherwise never considered. Sometimes the concept was exceedingly brilliant, and sometimes just flat out stupid, but the only thing that mattered was how I interpreted that concept and how I ultimately realized the idea using my own vision. This allowed me to really assess my own creative vision while at the same time helping to expand my photographic interests into areas I normally would’ve ignored.
