Steven Meisel shoots Kristen McMenamy in a BP oil spill inspired spread entitled Water & Oil for the August 2010 issue of Vogue Italia. According to a lot of the talking heads in main stream media, this shoot is the most controversial thing since Roe v. Wade (I’m talking about you, Fox News). However, this is rather tame for the fashion world.
