Here is a behind the scenes look of an imaginably frustrating, if not painful, photo shoot for Purple magazine #12 by Paola Kudacki featuring models Suvi Maria and Hanne Gaby. View the results of this video after the jump.
The days of summer might be drawing to a close, yet the evening hours relent. Hence, the perfect time for LA based contemporary fashion brand Hellz to introduce their “Kicks After Six” capsule delivery. A concise yet bold collection, this limited 6 piece line extends Hellz’ ongoing graphic themes incorporating the idea of empowered defiant women that exude nothing but vicious confidence.
A rare look into the House of Chanel as they work on the collection for F/W 2004-4005. Despite being a few years old and fashion seasons behind the series itself is incredibly interesting, following the development of a collection from the first sketches done by The Kaiser himself to everything coming together for the final show.
If you wear clothes this is a must see. If you’re a student in design school this is a megamajormust see.

Ash Stymest is a boy-male model, and I can’t help but post this because I can’t seem to stop running into the kid. He is absolutely fucking everywhere, and instead of just ignoring him, I will embrace him in a similar manner that Jason Schwartzman embraced his own reoccurring random existential encounters in I <3 Huckabees. So basically, I will attempt to find meaning in these encounters, all the while being completely aware that they are entirely meaningless and hold no relevance to anything outside of my own self delusions, and in the end finding solice in the fact that I like to make nothing out of nothing and occasionally enjoy being slapped in the face with something red.
Either way, look at Ash. Look at him and form your own opinions of him based on his exterior qualities, then use those opinions to enhance or degrade your own self image. Return here with your findings, and I will award you with a grade.
I think this is an important short film by Tim Burton as it shows a great deal about his artistic mind-set. Amazing short film from a very creative director.
